Code33 Apparel is a socially conscious brand that was started in an effort to be a champion of mental health for all. With “boots on the ground” experience, we are very familiar with the difficulty and impact that repeated psychological trauma has on First Responders.

This constant exposure to traumatic events can take a toll on one’s mental health, and can lead to emotional and psychological distress, thereby increasing the risk of developing PTSD.

To date it is estimated that over 70,000 Canadian first responders have experienced PTSD in their lifetime. One of our goals at Code33 Apparel, is to use our own experiences and mental health journeys to help others navigate this challenging environment.

In addition to supporting various charities and creating awareness of mental health issues and PTSD, one of the services we provide is taking an unfiltered straight talk approach with individuals regarding the struggles, therapy, addictions and recovery journeys they face as it relates to their life as a First Responder.
